The Bay of Fundy is a body of water located between the Canadian provinces of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, flowing directly out of the gulf of Maine and the Atlantic ocean. This marvel was in the running for Canada's 7 natural wonders due to the astouding tides which are present. In some spots, we can see the tidal level drop a whole entire 16 metres. Due to it's wide spread of area, we can find many places both in Canada and parts of the United States to house and accommodate you during your stay. For our Canadian residents, we have the village of Alma and multiple campgrounds found around Fundy National Park, home to the famous landmark, the Hopewell Rocks to lodge in. And for our American tourists, there is the town of Lubec to house you. Plus for all those athletes or adreneline junkies, we have our annual Bay of Fundy International Marathon, where you have to beat the tides and race across the ocean floor. This can be a little dangerous if the tide catches you stone footed, I rate this a 8/10 for how dangerous this activity may be. We recommend you stay within sight of your children if you happen to bring anyone under the age of 14 with you. For more information of how you can get involved, please click on the link below.
